Let's get started!  Are you a new patient? If so, please contact our office to schedule your initial appointment and receive the initial intake forms to fill out prior to your first appointment.  A member of our team will assist you with scheduling a time to meet with one of our Doctors and discuss any health issues and create a strategy to meet your current health goals. They will perform a thorough chiropractic exam, perform Insight scans to assess function, take and analyze x-rays (if deemed necessary) and created a personalized game plan to help you reach your health goals!
