Your First Appointment:

 

After you've scheduled your initial and follow-up visit, you'll receive an initial intake and health history form that must be filled out prior to your first appointment. When you arrive, one of our Doctors will sit down with you to discuss your chiropractic needs to better understand how to reach your health goals. Following your consultation with the Doctor and discussing any questions or concerns, they will perform a comprehensive chiropractic examination, Insight scans and potentially take digital x-rays (if necessary) to better determine the cause of any current issues and create the best recommendations for your individualized care. Following your initial examination, Both Doctors will carefully study and discuss the results of your health history, Insight scans and/or imaging and any pertinent examination findings to prepare a comprehensive report to go over with you on your next visit and get started with your chiropractic journey towards health and healing!
